Payments
All payments (rent, deposits, fees) are made through invoices sent directly to tenants or clients. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Delivery of Services
Tenancy begins on the lease commencement date. Property management services are provided to landlords upon agreement.
Refund Policy
Rental payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Security deposit are refundable based on terms specified in the tenancy agreement.
